They are perfect because of the non-cushioned sole, as I wear a pretty tight-fitting boot. I'm not sure how much they reduce fatigue, but they certainly reduce blisters!

I run in them, I wear them after running, I sleep in them. And, yes, I do wash them :) I know there are non-believers in compression socks, but I like them. I tend to get really tight calves and these seem to help. I usually run in other running socks and then wear these after, but I do run in them some. I have other compression socks that are super tight and I can't run in them as they make things cramp more. These I can run in without my legs freaking out.
