    Warm, soft, good-looking, durable. Band is a little snug, but can be stretched wet over a round container to alleviate snugness. Crew top would be more comfortable. But I love them anyway!!!

    Using this sock in a men's "M" for a woman shoe size 8 1/2. Also got the EXL for a man who wears a 14 shoe. Finding a good women's sock in the darker colors that is quality, on the thinner size, and one that stays up is hard to find! I wear these with nicer loafers and such. Smartwool is a great sock and these really work for "dress."

    I wear these SmartWool Sox underneath a pair of Cole Haan captoes. The shoes have always been very comfy, but the socks take them to another level. I have about all of the different Smart Wool models for hiking, ice fishing, hunting, wading, and casual but have never tried the dress socks. I'm hooked now and the old Gold Toes are in the Gold Trash can.
