SmartWool Saturn Socks - Merino Wool (For Women)

I go barefooted all summer and run around in my socks all winter. These socks are slightly thick...cushy...and warm. They still fit easily into all my walking shoes. They are not at all itchy, and I'm sensitive to wool. As always, excellent service and quicker than expected delivery from Sierra Trading Post.

I wear these around the house in winter and they're lightweight enough to not feel bulky yet keep my feet pretty warm. They have a slight wool feel (well, duh, that's what they are), but it's not scratchy. I wear them to bed, too, but sometimes have to kick them off in the middle of the night because my feet get too toasty. They do already have lots of pills on them, even after only one wash and a couple weeks worth of wear, mainly without shoes. I can't really comment on wearing them with shoes since I mainly wear them around the house. Overall, I like them and would recommend them.

Wonderful as usual from Smartwool. This pair seems to pill more than other Smartwool socks I own.

These are very pretty, nicely cushioned, a good length, and warm. What more can you ask for?
