    I got these in Medium even though I'm the upper end of Small according to the size chart and they fit great. I've got Smalls in other smartwool socks which fit well too. These are super comfy and warm but thin enough to wear under skinny jeans in town. And they work well for skiing too. Great purchase.

    this is my 4th pair. they are great all round socks and i have stopped wearing anything else. these ones were shorter then a couple of other paris i bought but they are thinker at the foot pad. i love them.

    I have four daughters (ages 23,21,19 & 13) who all complain of cold feet in the winter. We don't ski but there were plenty of ooh's and aah's as they all slipped their feet into these softies Christmas Eve. I got a pair for myself as well and I am looking forward to using them with my snowshoes and yaktraks when I trail run. I didn't notice any weird wording or stitching marking them as seconds. Beautiful, soft socks. Highly recommend.

    I buy these with plan to ONLY use for snowboarding ... but they fit so well (no slipping down or bunching up), keep my feet the perfect temp and I usually give in and start wearing them for everything. Because I wear them so often, some of the past pairs have worn thin in the area just forward of my arch. But I think it is from massive use, they are well worth the price, especially for deals here!
