    These socks are just great. Highly recommend them. They are lightweight enough to fit really any shoe you've got to get your foot into during the winter (heavy boots, ski boots, sneakers, etc.), and they are warm. Just great.

    There should be more elasticity in these socks. They already feel loose, so I can only imagine how difficult it will be to keep them up after a few washes. Otherwise they're ok.

    These will not wear for a season typically, but they are nicely padded in the front and thin in the back of the calf. The thin areas are mostly elastic. The heels are thinly padded. They wash well in the washer in cold water. I though about getting another brand, because they do wear out above the padding in the bottom of the heel for me - but no decent competition yet, in my opinion.
