It was a cold day and she wore them all day and even insisted on wearing them to bed. These socks keep her feet toasty warm when she plays outside - even here in North Dakota! Answer According to the Smartwool Size guide the Small 9-11 1/2 fits a foot 14cm to 16cm (5.5" to 5.75") long. The 2/3T is for toddlers..
