After checking out many helmets I found that the smith optics intrigue was the best fit and feel for my head while still looking pretty darn good. On a friends advice i did not buy it, went home and starting looking for it online. Wow! once again Seirra Trading Post got my business. Great price, exactly what I had tried on at the resort, and bonus got it in a better color that is totally me!

Reviewed by lori from los angeles, ca on Saturday, March 09, 2013i only have worn this helmet 2 days now but i love it. i has all the features i wanted - vents that open and close, adjustable boa system and an inner lining. fits perfect and the ear pads are super nice and thick.

Reviewed by larkin from mystic ct on Monday, February 18, 2013Havent had a chance to use it yet but it fits great, is very comfortable and feels safe. Soft fleecy interior is very soft, feels nice against my face and chin. Looks good (as much as any helmet can). I originally ordered a small in Fallen Bronze color for my tiny head but it was a bit too snug. Exchanged for Medium in Antique Coral/Alpenglow which fits perfectly. Helmet is a nice brown color but not quite as nice as the Fallen Bronze but very similar. Bright coral straps and vents are fine though I preferred the all-brown Fallen Bronze color. Also bought Smith Goggles which fit perfectly with the helmet. I look forward to wearing this in April when I ski for the first time in 24 years!
