    This jacket is beautiful and my daughter loves it. However, when we washed it the lining fell out completely. We went exactly by the instructions. Sierra was genuine with their return policy return and since my daughter loved it we exchanged and got another. We will see this time.

    Great looking ski jacket for a great price at STP. Looked everywhere for one and this was the best deal by far. I was worried about the design because my daughter was 14 but it was very nice with one little butterfly on the back that you really couldn't see. She was happy and warm in the jacket.

    We also have this jacket from Sierra & the zipper broke on ours, too. The zipper pulls open from the bottom of the jacket and WILL NOT stay zipped - makes this jacket absolutely WORTHLESS. Many customers have had this same exact problem....the jacket zipper is very poorly designed...buy a different jacket.

    we absolutely looooved this jacket for stying, ease of wear, and warmth...providing the zipper worked, which it hasn't for the past month- a dangerous detail for a school aged child having to be outside in -40 windchills. unfortunately, this will have to be returned. so sad.
