    Got this for my nephew in Wisconsin. He is a bundle of energy and this seems to hold up to his antics. It is a sharp looking - great primary layer, but when the wind and wet comes up, it will be great in a snow-coat without the bulk.

    This does not stack up all that well against more of the standard, high-end outdoor brands. Front panel is wind-resistant, but sides, under arms, back are NOT and I think it would actually be too cold in really cold and windy weather. We'll be looking for a better quality soft-shell jacket for our little nordic skier.
