I run about 30 miles per week, including both road and trail. I have used several different insoles. While I have relied on orthotics insoles to work with my plantar fasciitis, this works well for me during normal time. It adds additional cushioning, while not too bulky. They are more flexible and more neutral than orthotics insoles.

I thought these insoles would be great in order to fill a high volume trail runner that is a bit too high volume for my already high volume feet, but this insole does not cut it. On a steep trail, the fabric kept allowing my feet to slide forward in the shoe, whereas the stock insole that came with the shoe does not do this at all. I am very disappointed, because the cushioning is great.

I spend most of the day on my feet on a concrete floor. I've tried many other brands of insoles but, these are the first I've tried that really cushion my feet without leaving the bottom of my feet burning or feeling like I'm standing on a lump. Just ordered two more pair. For get the Dr., get these!
