    I purchased this multi tool after having spent time without one after I lost my Leatherman. I have found it to be useful for a lot of different things. The V-Cut tool has come in very useful. The only thing I would like to see added would have been scissors. I would recommend this highly.

    Haven't got a chance to really use it yet.(that's why I only gave it a 4) I have another multi-tool which is also very nice...solid, sharp, durable...but the blade locks can sometimes be difficult to release and the blades are all very tight to open. You need some really strong finger nails. The design on the SOG is sweet, the piano lock releases them easily and they are super smooth to open.

    I have been the owner of two Leathermsns and after a couple of years I am not satisfied. They have rusted and I have had several wounds from unexpected lock failures. I was referred to SOG by a friend. I have only owned this SOG for a short period so I can not comment on durability. It is well constructed. It has relieved many of the fustrations I had with the former tools.
