With STP's frequent sales and promotions, this knife can be purchased for less than $20, which makes it a great choice for Every Day Carry. It's sturdy, and has good glass-reinforced nylon textured handles. Although it's an apparent rip-off of the Spyderco Endura, it achieves many of the same functional benefits; so I say imitation is the best form of flattery in this case.
The opened-top hole cut into the blade can be easily modified with a Dremel tool to create an Emerson Wave-like opening system. I've done this (pictured) and am very happy with the result. Overall, this is a good value.
Best Uses: EDC, Utility
Cons: chinese made, Flimsy Clip
Pros: Inexpensive, Plain Edge, Serviceable, Tip-up Belt Clip

I was disappointed with the quality of the steel in this knife and concerned that it will not take and hold an edge of the sharpness I was expecting. Additionally, the clip is not as sturdy as it should be, and bent when I brushed past a wall with the knife in my jeans pocket. SOG has gone downhill from my recollection of its quality 10 years ago.
