I put them in all my winter boots that need great arch support. SOLE arches are the highest arch support you can buy, and they mold to your foot after wearing them for about 1 hour. I would not recommend heating them first as the directions say you can. If you have high arches like me it will cause the arch part to lower.

Reviewed by sbprop from Bristol Hills on Monday, October 15, 2012Great insoles for arch support. Not ultra cushy, which is what I prefer, solid protection, flexible and material is comfortable. I use similar for telemark skiing, these should work for skiing as well if a thin bed is required.
