I want to buy a pair for myself now, however, I already have a pair of the normal Sorels (sans shearling). He wears an 11.5 but since these only come in whole sizes, I went up. I was drawn to the inner shearling bootie. It screamed comfort and luxury--and what better to couple that with than trusty, waterproof Sorels? My feet don't sweat but he says his do-- so hopefully these will comfortably breathe and he will like them. Will update once he uses them. Thank you STP for value and luxury on a budget!

Reviewed by ribking from weston, ct on Friday, September 03, 2010These are even better than my 30+ year old Canadian-made Sorels that I decided to retire (well, leaving them in a humid garage over the summer, as a petri dish - helped that decision along). These boots even came with a very high quality carry bag that can easily hold a pair of ski boots to swap out. I am very impressed. Expensive but got them on a STP deal price which reduced the pain - hey, if they last half as long as my old pair, I'll be really happy - and well beyond needing them longer - I don't think I'll be doing downhill at 80.
