These boots are very fashionable and amazing quality too! The sole is thick and durable along the wool sides. I would definitely recommend these, Sorels have the best boots and you get what you pay for!

Cute boots but not the color I thought I had ordered. Like Happy's review, I was surprised to see brown boots in the box when I clearly thought I was ordering black. They are a bit difficult to get on in the ankle area-not yet sure if this will be a return.

The boots are great boots they are comfortable and we'll made I would order them again the only negative is that I was looking for black boots and did not know that the color tar is brown but I am keeping them

About Sorel

Canadians know a thing or two about cold weather, so it's not surprising they were behind one of the most popular cold-weather boots ever created. Sorel - founded in Kitchener, Ontario, in 1962 - is perhaps best known for the ubiquitous Caribou, a boot that pioneered the use of a unique material that reflected heat back to the foot. This reflective material was incorporated into Sorel's advanced four-layer construction process that includes a weather-resistant shell, wicking liners and ThermoPlus® felt inner liners to keep feet dry and toasty. Now nearly a century old, Sorel continues to meet the rigorous demands of today's active lifestyles - from snowmobiling to snowshoeing, sledding to skiing - with its highly respected line of footwear and apparel.
