Sorel Felt Nakiska Mary Jane Slippers - Faux-Fur Lining (For Women)

I have always had slip-on slippers because of the ease and convenience of just slipping them on. I am now a convert. I can't wait to get home each day just to put these on. They stay on, and there is no extra effort to try to keep them on when walking. I realize now, with my slip-ons, that I was extra careful on stairs and subconsciously applied extra pressure in the toe area to keep them on. These are mindless and effortless once you get them on. I do keep my slip-ons by the bed at night, in case I have to get up, but at all other times, these are fabulous!!

These slippers could be the best I have ever owned. They are light but durable, very cute, stay on well but easy to slip on with the elongated heel material.

I only gave these a 4-star because the tall back is a bit stiff at first and cause some discomfort. To counter-act that I folded down the back while wearing them the next few times to "break them in." Unless someone figures out to do that they could be displeased. They do run a bit large--which is disclosed in the description--so when ordering for my 9.5 size feet I went with a 9 and the fit is great. Otherwise they have been perfect for cold floors in the winter--without over-heating your feet, and stepping out the door for a moment with the dogs in a dusting of new snow.

There is almost an indentation where an arch support should be. I have very high arches, but this seems to have a depression where arch support should go. That was the only reason I returned them.

I took the advice to buy a smaller size and they fit perfectly. I was specifically looking for slippers with arch support which these have to a certain extent. They are perfectly comfortable and warm.
