They're more stylish than my LLB "deep snow" boots and look really good with leggings. I'm very happy with the fit and the construction. Others commented on the boots being hard to get into--I just had to undo the laces at the ankle, then retie them. No problem.

Several of the reviews said that there is difficult entry/exit, so I was a little worried about how the boots would fit with thick wool socks. However, worries were needless...you do have to give it a little tug now and then, but the shoe is very comfortable with thick socks. I bought them for a trip to Siberia, Russia and have already tried them out and am extremely pleased.
