The size of these seems spot on (men's 10). Bought these for a fast growing pre-teen. Has worn them on several occasions and is very happy. Tried several other models prior to these and sizes were all over the map. He likes this pair very much - happy w/ construction and so far warm and has kept feet dry.

I have for years worn big bulky felt lined boots. Now boots have more advance insulation eliminating bulkiness. I thought I would jeopardize warmth, not so. I work outside in northern Nh and northern Vt almost everyday as a land surveyor, good boots are essential to me, These boots rock! I've had them completely submersed in swamps and continued to work in snow all day and still come home with warm dry feet. Let just hope Sorrel keeps making them for a long time!

I love these boots. During a winter snow storm my feet were always toasty. They are very easy to get in into and out of. While the lacing system on them is very easy to to do, there is not a quick lacing system. I am able to lace efficiently and tightly with gloves on. After the snow storm passed, the weather was wet and slushy for weeks. We still have snow on the ground and the boots were very warm and dry. I did experience some discomfort in my toes from squatting because of the rubber shell toe box. But that broke in after a few days. They do come a half size small. I wear 11.5 wides and I bought 11. I still have room for two pairs of socks - a heavy sock and a thinner sock with a nice amount of wiggle room. I am also a pronater and the arch support in these boots is quite good. My only problems are that the great ankle support means that these boots are a bit tough to drive in at first. You have to get used to changing your foot position on the accelerator for touch driving. They do tend to let my feet build up a little bit of sweat even though they breathe okay. Truly waterproof comes with a price. If I could award half stars, this boot would get a four and a half star rating from me. I love them.
