Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
“Ordered one size larger to accomodate extra heavy pair of socks. Plan to use for extreme cold condition ice fishing and hunting. Has a better fit than most pac boots, due to lacing on the inner felt system. Gives a fit like a ski boot. Thought about sending back due to the weight, glad I did not. Have used once ice fishing 7 hours with temp 12-18 degrees (with wind 5-15 miles/hr), did not have to worry about my feet getting cold. Walked about 1 1/2 miles, up and down one large hill. Boot weight seemed ok.”
