Verified Buyer Reviewed by Yvonne from Maryland on Wednesday, April 23, 2014I'm very pleased with these boots. I purchased them for my sons. I like the look of them, and they are not too heavy.
Reviewed by Grizwolt from Michigan on Monday, March 17, 2014This boot does not stand up to any of the claims listed. The boot has a thin sole that allows cold to transfer through and allows you to feel everything you step on . The tounge is attatched only at the bottom with no webbing to prevent snow from working in causing wet feet.If you want a boot with no sole support, wet and cold feet when walking in snow these are the boots for you!!!
Reviewed by "Q" from Delaware on Sunday, March 9, 2014Great boot for the snow. Only drawback is that I wish that they were water proof as well as them being insulated. The waterproofing would have made this an excellent boot to have for snow and slushy conditions.
Reviewed by Cold Footed from Northern Indiana on Wednesday, March 5, 2014These were not what I had expected from Sorel. I have had several pair of Sorels over the past 40 years that were easy to get on and off, easy to lace and were all day warm. The Kitchner Conquest is none of these things.
Reviewed by John from south Jersey from south jersey on Monday, March 3, 2014Plenty of room for heavy socks and tucking your pants legs inside if you want to. I have skinny lower calves and these practically overlap if i do not tuck the pants legs inside. We have had a lot of mud this season what with all the snow and melting and these are good in the slop. The side buckle is strictly decorative, does absolutly nothing I can tell.
