“I chose these boots for cold and mixed snow/wet weather conditions and they met my expectations. My feet stayed warm in 25-40 degree temps. They are very lightweigth compared to others although entry/exit wasn't quick. You really have to loosen those laces and the traction isn't great for narly stuff but that wasn't enough to make me unhappy with the purchase. Sorel is a great brand of winter boot.”
