These boots are absolutely perfect for winter. I work at an airport and we do snow removal. I am stuck in a plow or a snow sweeper but having to get out and clean my vehicle and step in snow banks is not much fun. These boots are better than the boots given to me by the company I work for.

I am so disappointed with these. I bought this in late February (or early March) this year. My toes got cold so quickly in these especially in subzero temperatures here in Chicago. I will never buy Sorel ever again. I will stick to Columbia Bugaboots..they were warm! I don't think these (Sorel Snow Drift) are defective..I think they are just not insulated around the toe area.

I am very impressed with the quality that my new Sorel Snowdrift boots provide. They are lightweight, true to size (even with an extra pair of socks) warm and waterproof. With a narrow foot I was concerned what the fit would be like. It was fine, so order your true shoe size. Lightweight enough to make winter walks and working outdoors in a state park more enjoyable. Watch the ice as I did take a tumble on a deck, but in the snow they do provide great traction. I am sold on Sorel's quality and look forward to my next "boot" purchase.

I was very apprehensive about purchasing boots online, but I must say I am VERY pleased with not only the boots but the efficiency of the mailing. I wear these boots all the time. I live in Ohio, so it is not the coldest it could ever be, but it sure is snowy and wet. These boots have never allowed my feet to become cold or wet. They are very comfortable and look nice even under jeans. They clean up nicely if something undesirable gets stuck to the bottom (simple hose off). The only thing that I don't like about them is that I have difficulty taking them off sometimes. That is not bad enough to make me dislike them, but only a minor issue.
