I bought these boots for myself, not a daughter or a grandchild. If you wear a womens size 8 or smaller, you can wear youth-sized boots. These boots will be fun for winter to trudge into work from the snowy parking lot. Sorel boots do not disappoint for warmth and endurance.

About Sorel

Canadians know a thing or two about cold weather, so it's not surprising they were behind one of the most popular cold-weather boots ever created. Sorel - founded in Kitchener, Ontario, in 1962 - is perhaps best known for the ubiquitous Caribou, a boot that pioneered the use of a unique material that reflected heat back to the foot. This reflective material was incorporated into Sorel's advanced four-layer construction process that includes a weather-resistant shell, wicking liners and ThermoPlus® felt inner liners to keep feet dry and toasty. Now nearly a century old, Sorel continues to meet the rigorous demands of today's active lifestyles - from snowmobiling to snowshoeing, sledding to skiing - with its highly respected line of footwear and apparel.
