My daughter loves these boots. She wears them as often as she can! She loves that they are warm, but not big and heavy.

I purchased several pair of these for local homeless/needy kids. They are darling boots. I don't know how they will be in very cold temperatures. However, they are waterproof. With a warm pair of socks, I think they will be perfect.

I ordered my son's current size and the size up so he had them when he grew. Lucky I did that as he could not get his foot into his standard size. I will give the smaller pair to a friend.

About Sorel

Canadians know a thing or two about cold weather, so it's not surprising they were behind one of the most popular cold-weather boots ever created. Sorel - founded in Kitchener, Ontario, in 1962 - is perhaps best known for the ubiquitous Caribou, a boot that pioneered the use of a unique material that reflected heat back to the foot. This reflective material was incorporated into Sorel's advanced four-layer construction process that includes a weather-resistant shell, wicking liners and ThermoPlus® felt inner liners to keep feet dry and toasty. Now nearly a century old, Sorel continues to meet the rigorous demands of today's active lifestyles - from snowmobiling to snowshoeing, sledding to skiing - with its highly respected line of footwear and apparel.
