These boots are excellent, and I purposely waited until mid-winter so I could accurately review them. They FIT, just, so I would order a 1/2 size larger than normal. A tad tight and stiff to get on, but then once they are on, SO great! They have kept my feet warm in negative 30 North Dakota winter, snow, and large areas of ice with no problems. Any time there is adverse cold weather out, these boots go on! I have yet to try them in water to test the water proofing, but had no problems trudging thru calf high snow drifts! And did I mention, they are cute and sassy enough to wear in stores without feeling too frumpy- yay!

I purchased this pair for my daughter who might move to a colder-winter state from SF Bay Area for college. Her usual shoe sizes are somewhere between 5 and 5 1/2 medium. She is very happy about the fit and declares this will be her favorite "serious" winter boots.

These cute boots are great for kicking around on cold days. I wear them with jeans tucked in & they are very warm and comfy. I ordered a half size up to accommodate thick socks, and that seems to work well.

We just got 16 inches of snow. These boots have been tested for real. They keep my feet warm and dry. Freezing weather, blowing snow, wading through deep snow with the dog, they did the job. I am so thankful I ordered and got them in time for this mess. I have to say they are work getting on and off, but they are worth it. Plus they look very nice. Not clunky duck feet boots. They are light and flexible as well so no clomping about like a robot woman. They do slip on ice, but most boots do. Caution on slate pavers and wet wood since they slip there as well.

Bought these for my daughter and she wears them all the time. They are very fashionable and functional at the same time. They run true to size. The price was right too!

I was torn between this and the Sorel Kaya boot, but ended up going with this because it seemed more versatile and possible to dress up as well as down. Haven't tried it in wet or snow conditions yet, but so far so good-- the boots are cute, warm and surprisingly lightweight. I take a 5 or 5 1/2 and got the 5. It was perfect-- even with heavy socks. They are suede so I'm wondering how they will do in snow and wet...Sorel says it's waterproof. We'll see. Very happy I chose this (I'm so impressed with the Sorel product I'm thinking of getting the Kaya for snowier conditions).

I just recieved my boots (october) and cannot comment on the performance features. I purchased them as a more stylish winter boot; they are very good looking and very comfortable. I wear another Sorel boot for outdoor activities (for the past 9 winters). I live in New England and know that the Sorel products are durable, warm, comforatble.

Needed to order a size up in order to get past the shaft of the boot. These are okay boots and will probably prove very satisfactory for cold weather wear, though they look a bit cheaper in reality than I felt the photographs suggested.
