    I swim about 3-5 miles a week This suit is good but will eventually stretch out because of the material. All lap suits are made of this material today.

    Having bought Speedos before, I knew to get a size larger. With that taken into account, it is a good fit. I'm a Master's swimmer/triathlete and go through suits quickly. Speedos hold up well if properly taken care of (rinsing out after swim, washing with gentle detergent and laid flat to dry)
