Puppy collars were a little too tight, regular collars were too big. As Goldilocks says - this one is just right. The choices of designs are nice also. I've already run it through the washer (after dog rolled in something dead) and it came out great.

The medium sized blue was the bright blue in the on-line picture. The large sized blue was a grey looking color. I bought them to match for my two dogs. Customer service sent me a new large but the color was the same grey looking color.
