They are perfect for water dogs as they are lighter weight material and dry quickly. Sierra Trading is where I purchase them as they are definitely the best price around.

It looks so beautiful on my black Rottie. Since I use a 'pinch' when we are out on a leash I am very happy that it gives. Would be great for a water dog because it would dry quickly, but my Rotties don't seem to want to swim; they just wade. :) His measurement was at the end of the smaller size, so I was advised to get the larger one, and I am happy with that and he is too!!

It also wears off the hair of my boxer and irritates his skin. I have yet to find a collar that does not have this effect and this was the reason I bought this collar.
