I bought three pairs of these pull-on pants looking for something warm and comfortable, yet somewhat stylish, for the winter months. I'm not sure what company these pants were manufactured for as the tags were cut out, but the pants are well-made and comfortable enough to stay in all day. I normally... Read More

My orders for XS Regular length all worked out well for me.
  • Reviewed by Sierra Fan from Southeast United States on Saturday, October 17, 2015
All XS pants I received were as hoped and expected. Great buy for everyday at home, walking dogs, etc. Good pants with pockets, nice enough to wear for errands and as casual comfort clothing. Not super warm as PJs etc. but warm enough while you are active. Enough room for long underwear beneath. Not a fashion pant but looks good on, depending on your body type. Long legs, slim build, 5'6" tall - XS in Regular length worked for me, with pants sitting nicely on top of shoes with extra length but not too long...just right because the ankle opening is narrow allowing the pant to gather just a bit nicely on top of shoes/feet.

Love these. Every pair I received is perfect - no flaws or issues. Not a fashion pant but for comfort at home AND still nice enough to wear casually and to the store. Great as PJ bottoms as well, but not especially warm when you are not moving around so kind of defeats the purpose of using as winter PJs. Better to keep for daytime casual. They hang nicely and drape well. Pockets are not bulky. Waist size is perfect for me, not tight at all as some Size XS reviews suggested. The pants are high-waisted. Length is perfect for me, at 5'6" with longish legs, in the Regular length option. Tapered with slightly narrow opening at ankles and just enough length to sit on top of shoes nicely without being either too long or too short. They look really cute on me but be aware that these are not dress casual, office wear, or for looking sexy BUT if the fit is right for your body they are plenty cute and very functional and extremely comfortable. I love that they have pockets - without pockets, this product would not suit my needs. The fabric is very very nice. Not super-plush but still full enough and plush enough that the fabric strikes me as being better than a lesser make - these are from Land's End. At the price I paid - which was just under $2 for several pairs, and under $1 for the final pair I was able to purchase, I could not be more thrilled. All in black. Just super for me to have these on hand to meet my need to have comfortable at-home wear that is more than nice enough to leave the house wearing as well. Thanks, STP.

  • Question “What is the inseam on size XS?”

Asked on 12/8/2014 11:50:06 AM by Jumar from Atlanta
    • Answer I ordered two in large.

They are Lands End pants so you might check their website for a similar sizing in that style

    • Answer No idea of the size of an XS, but the XL is about 29". BTW, these are very nice pants.

    • Answer Sorry to say I cannot answer that. I bought an XL then L and lastly a M.The L and XL were actually the same size in length and girth. The M is probably

abiut 16 in the real world. I am only 5'2'" and the M size is a little long for my 28" inseam. The larger sizes were about 3" longer. I have no idea about XS.

      Good luck.

    • Answer Don't know. I've only gotten the small. No idea what color/size you got, but can say this.... OTHERS have said (and I've also experienced a bit of this) that the same size can vary depending on color. I can only say that 'USUALLY', they run big (small for size 6 - 8 is roomy). Inseam is usually in the 30" - 32" range for a small.

    • Answer Sorry, I answered last that the inseam was 30 - 32. The one I measured may have been the longer of colors, so say 30" to be safe. A couple have been in the 27 - 28" range, so I can only wear those tucked inside boots or lounging around the house. It's a matter of preference, I won't wear pants above the ankle. I'm 5'3" but legs a bit long for my size. But they are all super-comfy. :-D

    • Answer I'm so sorry, I cannot answer. I always have to shorten pants, and have already done that with this pair, so can't help you. My best guess is that it was about 29".

    • Answer I have purchased sizes XL, L, and M. So all I can do is estimate your information.

Size XLp (size 18-20 Hip 50" Inseam 27

      Size L (sz 14-16) Hip 50" Inseam 29.5

      Size M (10-12) Hip 47" Inseam 30.5

No wonder these were second. Yes, the hip on both L and XL is exactly the same. My guess is that the S is about 44-45". They do say it is a relaxed fit. I purchased mine according to the chart, and as you can see, it took 3 tries to get a fit. I hope this helps. Also, they do not shrink.

    • Answer I have a pair of these. I usually wear size 6 and sometimes an 8 (depends on the brand). In Land's End, usually a "small". Waist is 33 and hips are 37-38. These pants fit me nicely.
      Hope this helps.

    • Answer The inseam (from crotch to bottom of leg) is 33 inches on the beige medium P (petite). The inseam varies by an inch or two depending on the color of the pant. The light tan color medium pant has a smaller fit than the other colors but the inseam is about the same.

I am sorry that I do not know the R inseam.

I purchased a "regular" length. I am 5' 5" tall and the length is fine with regular (not heels) shoes.

    • Answer I am 5'6" tall (about 130 lbs -125); the Regular length in medium fits me perfectly. I once received a Petite medium accidentally & it was too short . ( I own about a dozen pairs of these - be forewarned that the sizing is inconsistent, but, generally these pants run large). Hope that helps!

    • Answer The length of the "R" are 28.5". The inseam is 13". These pants run large. I sized down and they are plenty roomy, which I like. I am 5'5" and they are a good fit in the length, coming over my ankle and onto the shoe. I don't know the length of the "P" since I only ordered R.
Answered on 8/9/2014 6:09:43 AM by Hikerwoman from Colorado
    • Answer Wow, it has been a while since I purchased these. I actually bought two pair because they were so inexpensive. One pair which is labeled Med. Petite has an inseam of 313/4 inches, which we know, is not a petite length. I still have it in my sewing alterations basket. The other pair which I think was a regular length, also required shortening, but I don't think there was any difference between the two. I think maybe that is why they are seconds. I also think the pants run either true to size, or slightly smaller. If you are able to shorten them yourself, I think I'd go with regular because clearly, these were labeled wrong. I mean, who knows, you might get exactly what you are looking for but I don't think you can count on it.

I hope that helps a little.

  • Question “Why are they seconds?”

Asked on 10/25/2013 5:25:42 AM by Tessie from South Carolina
    • Answer These are items with barely perceptible blemishes or slight irregularities that do not affect fit, performance or longevity such as an error in the stitching or a slight fading of the product’s color. Labels on 2nds are usually clipped or marked by the manufacturer, and 2nds are often offered at lower prices.

    • Answer I have 5 prs of these and haven't seen any imperfections. These might be more realistically termed overstock.
