I saw this and got it for me, not my husband. I liked the styling. I wore it skate-skiing and it was comfortable and perfect. But I noticed the stitching on the hem was coming out. And it unraveled more and more. As these are no longer available, I will mend it rather than return and do without. It was amazing in the ski conditions...it kept me warm enough, but did not overheat with the rigorous workout. Good thing I can sew.

Sporthill quality is among the best for running. Very warm even in 10 degree weather with just one layer.

Great for cold weather running. I no longer need multiple layers. Other than a wicking tee, this is all I need for winter runs in my area. I've only used on three runs, but so far I love it.

This is the second half-zip long-sleeve running shirt from Sporthill that I've owned and I love both of them. I don't know the name of the other one, but this one is not quite as fleecey-soft on the inside as my other, but it's still comfortable. I've been comfortable in this shirt down to 32F without putting another shirt on underneath it (as a baseline for my tolerance for cold, I start wearing tights a few degrees below 40F). The sleeves are sufficiently stretchy that you can pull it over your hands without putting tension on the rest of the shirt that would pull against your neck (which is a problem with many other ls shirts).

These Sporthill Explorer and Infusion tops are great products. I'd say the fit is semi-athletic so not skin tight but close enough to the skin to pull moisture and provide warmth. Excellent 4-way stretch and soft material. The wind blocking quality is excellent. I've used the Infusion as a single layer while running in 10-15mph wind, mid-30's and stay completely comfortable. The zip neck is long enough to provide great venting if needed. I purchased the Explorer after trying the Infusion since I liked that shirt so much. The Explorer is a bit heavier (and longer sleeved for a hand warmer) and should make for a nice ski or back country top in cooler weather

i use for running in colder weather, and thrown on during cooler windier occasions during casual outings. excellent at blocking the wind, and very breathable, and comfortable. its amaterial that is prone to pulls, and pilling around the inside of the zip neck. i now own 2 explorer tops, and love 'em. great for marathon training during the colder months.

Excellant as a second layer. Fits snug but has lots of stretch for comfort. Wonderful for that cold weather run.

This shirt does not fit me very well. It is very tight in the shoulders. It seems to fit well everywhere else. Just be warned - this shirt may not fit well for those broader shoulders. Otherwise, it's a great shirt for cold windy days.
