    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I normally wear a large but after reading other reviews I ordered an XL. It is ever so slightly too big but I think that the large will be too small. The media pocket on the left sleeve is great. I did find one defect where a seam was not fully sewn, no biggy and easy to fix on my own. It works really well for the early morning runs in the spring and does offer protection against wind and light drizzle.
