“Best Ski Pants Out There”

“I got the black pair as soon as I saw them for sale here to add to the red pair I bought over the summer-that's how happy I am with these bibs. Although you can argue about ski jackets (amongst Spyder, Phenix, Kjus, etc.) I think Spyder has the ski pants market cornered with these. I can wear them from 30s with the vents open to wind chills in the -20s with just boot length Hot Chillys underneath. Perfect amount of insulation and great fit-not too tight but not too baggy. I like how they repositioned the vents to be longer and slant over the front of your thigh a bit on this newer model-the prior year's vents were just down the side. Unlike some manufacturers, suspenders are included, and removable (although I don't know why you'd want to remove them for any on-mountain purpose myself). Of course, great looks from Spyder Legend Series and all the details (waterproof zippers have nice pulls that work well with gloves, zipper garages, large buttons, etc.).”
