Got these snow pants for my girlfriend for christmas. Needed something for outdoor activities such as skiing and snowshoeing. The insulation is thin but very warm, I own similar Karbon snow pants and very happy, knew the Spyder was also a very good brand. Very happy with the product. Even arrived almost a week before the initial estimated arrival time.

I wear a size 8 pants. I am a fitness instructor and have a very athletic build with small waist and bigger hips. The size 8 fit very big and bulky. The waist is huge and the legs are not flattering. There is a side panel on each leg that just adds bulk. They seem extremely warm but I could not get over the fact that they looked odd. Maybe a 6 would work but I went with Obermeyer instead.

I loved the feel of the fabric of these pant, but they were way too long for me (I usually don't have an issue with ski pants being too long). Also the full length zipper, while practical, made the pants a bit too heavy for my taste.
