“Great jacket!”

“I chose this jacket initially for the style. I just LOVE the way it looks. Really cool. I got the orchid and it REALLY stands out. I'm 5'10", 140 lbs. and I usually wear an 8-10. I ordered a 12. I had room to layer and it fit perfectly. So order 1-2 sizes larger than you normally wear. It does run small. The first I've owned of anything Spyder and I LOVE it. Well made, high quality. Just got back from ski weekend in mtns. of NC. It was 18 degrees and windy and snowing like a blizzard. I stayed very warm and dry in my jacket and it blocked the wind. Plus, bonus, I looked good. However, it doesn't really have a hood. It is thin and tucks away in the collar. It will keep the snow off of your head and helps with the wind but that's about it. So if you like a jacket with a "real" hood, its not for you. Also, the waistband snaps were kind of weird. They seemed to snap funny. But they stayed snapped. So for me, it is true love, love, love. I can't wait to wear it again on the slopes and for many years to come.”
