You do not need a size up

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought this to wear under my ski jacket and it will technically fit the bill. However I bought a size up on suggestion from other reviewers- I didn't need to. I think it is true to size and consequently it is a bit bigger than I would have chosen!
