Awesome pant! One of the best designed I've seen and owned! Super durable and waterproof, tons of well placed pockets and other features. Nice big outer thigh vents help keep it cool though it still gets a little warm on sunnier days or long hikes or traverses. Fairly baggy as well though definitly doesnt restrict movement in any way.

Finally someone got all the bells and whistles to work with the zippers and pockets. Tons of places to stash things. (Just remember where!) Found the fit a bit tight, but I like it loose for comfort. Tough, rugged, and meant for off-trail brush bouncing runs. No more nylon tears from wicked tree limbs or loose nails somewhere. This is Carhartt-quality stuff. Would have given it 5 stars if I could reach my inside pockets some how, but that might defeat the water-proofing. Vented Pants! Wow! Unique one-of-kind look on the slopes. When used with the Hurricane Shell a great fit. Otherwise, use bibs for deep powder. These are a waistline "pants" cut. Leg zipper could be higher and wider for "Big and Tall" boots that dominate the market these days. Elastic-velcro belt a nice idea, but limited range. 36" waist took XL size. Big belt loops. How about a zipper in the gaiter next time so I can put them on in the parking lot with my shoes on first? Been searching for a winner for a long time. Found it.

Great fit, they're huge! I'm 6'3" so it's hard to find gear big enough for me that also stands up to the PNW's weather. 20k/20k & XXL baggy fit did the trick. The fabric almost feels like canvas, very high quality product. The part behind the heel is heavily reinforced, this is a great feature no other company does with this fit. I got them on sale and am super stoked to rock these in the upcoming season.

I'd love to be able to select more pros, but will have to wait until I can get to Copper and use the pants. For the time being, everything about them seems great! I'm keeping an eye on the blue version in the hopes that STP runs a special making them more affordable, at which point I'm all-to-happy to pick them up, too.
