Really nice fabric. About 1-2 sizes larger than stated size. Kind of baggy in lower leg but otherwise excellent fit. Not totally windproof but really warm and super comfortable even without long underwear. Seem to have great water resistance for snow sports. Overall a lot beefier and more comfortable ski pant than the Patagonia super guide pants they replaced.

I ordered a Medium (32/34) and it was very generous at least a 34 and it would probably have stretched to fit a 35/36 with ease, but was way too big for someone on the 32" side. The inseam was listed at 31" and in reality it was 31.5" (too much for me). They looked like a nice pant, the fabric is very similar to some old Spyder stretch pants (that I still have in a drawer) but they fit more like a shell.

Good pair of pants but the sizing is way off. It is cut more like an large of couple yeras ago. Spyder has upsized their clothing line to accomodate the fattening of America. I have been wearing medium pants from Spyder for the last 30 years. This year I find the size small now fits me. Gave the pants to my son, who wears a large.

[...] Product were great. Spyder makes a quality product (see lifetime guarantee)and the feel and fit show it. Was looking for a lighter weight and less bulky ski outfit. These pants and the Spyder Freeride jacket provide it. Ordered in September '09 so looking forward to the coming winter season.

These were a slimmer fit than my husband wanted and the material was more of a "stretching elastic" like my ski pants of the 90's. Very stylish pants for more of a traditional skier fit. My husband was switching from snowboarding pants and these were too "tight" for him.

I wear a size 32 Waist 34 Inseam in Levis. The Medium was way too big but the length was good . I sent the Medium back and got the Small. The waist was plenty big for me but was about an inch short, but it was OK, not bad. I liked the pant was plenty warm, never got hot in them. But the weather was never very cold either. Probably need a good base layer for Western cold, OK for Yankee cold. I have been wearing Downhill Racer (Schoeller fabric) stretch pant and I've never been cold in Colorado in them, which is similar in weight to these. I know, that's kinda [*], but I wear a large ACL brace outside the Downhill Racer so I can get a decent waist fit. These are a little bulkier, and looser than the downhill Stretch pant but warmth is the same and they are very styish. I like them and would recommend them to anyone, including snowboard freaks.Cleats

This is a nice, tailored look, medium weight pant. The waist runs about a size larger. I wear waist size 32 or 33 pants, and the Medium Orb (32-34)was too large. I had to get a Small and the waist fit well. The Medium inseam was OK, the Small inseam about an inch short, but not real short. I'm 6' and wear inseam 34-36 pant. I like a snug fit in the waist. They are not a heavily insulated pant. Similar to a good 'ole stretch pant in weight. I wear a large ACL leg brace outside the pant so I need a tighter fitting pant (I'd have to have a XL pant to fit over the brace.
