Gore ProShell exterior creates an impenetrable moisture barrier but still allows perspiration to escape, while low-bulk Thinsulate® insulation traps warmth and holds it close to the body.

    This is an awesome pair of pants[...]. I got two pair they were so good! These aren't as stylish as some and I dont' like the rubber stamped florial thing on the back leg. However, it's not a fashion show in the woods when snowshoeing. These are functional, warm with plenty of pockets, and fit well.

    These are an excellent pant for snow use. Usually, I layer clothing for cold activities. However, these are shell and insulation in a single package. This is okay because of proper venting. Wonderfully, there is still room in the pant to wear a insulating fleece layer for times of lesser activity, i.e. night. The price on these CANNOT be beat! I got two pair applying my axiom of when you find something you like, get two of them. Stay warm!

    Well constructed pants, but the grey colored pants have a weird turquise patch on the bum for no apparent reason. This is not shown on the pictures and looks a bit rediculous. The pants themeselves are technically excellent.
