“I am 6ft and 200lbs and the large is perfect. Plenty of room for a base layer and fleece. The only draw back is that this jacket is a bit heavier than a light shell. If your skinning up you are going to be hot. On a clear day you will be able to pack it away and pull it off for a comfortable descent, but may be too much heat for climbing/skinning/cardio acitivity. It is a very nice jacket and would recommend it to a friend.”
