“I haven't worn these out yet but they seem like they will work. I would say to go about 3 sizes bigger on the spyder brand that what you usually wear. I am a size 6 and I ordered a size 12. Part of it might be the length, I needed longer, but the waist on this felt tight on the 10. Seem like great pants though, especially for the price!”
