Closeouts. Sometimes you don’t want a heavy, bulky pocket knife. For those occasions, the Spyderco S is the perfect choice, featuring a fully skeletonized handle and blade.

Good Knife, looks great, handles great, and easy to open.
BUT if you are planing to use this knife for a number of applications the blade is very brittle due to all the holes in the blade. I was using it to cut some plastic zip ties and had to wedge it in between the zip tie and the object and put very little pressure on the side of the blade and it snapped into 3 pieces.

Everyone who has seen it loves it and comments on what a good looking knife it is. I use it as a money clip and it's very light, takes up hardly any space in your pocket, even with cash attached. You can hardly tell it's there. Plus, even though it's light weight it's very sturdy and very usable for any purpose you would care to put a pocket knife too.

Very lightweight, well made, feels good in my hand, a little hard to close with one hand at first, extreamly sharp you could almost shave with this thing. Good knife and looks cool.

Part of my standard rotation of pocket knives, but pretty much my constant summertime companion. It sits perfectly in the front cargo pocket on my shorts. I never notice it's there. Works well as a money clip because it doesn't make an obvious "knife" bulge in dress pants. Cleaning is easy with a can of compressed air. It operates smoothly and has a great (sharp) blade. The whole knife is very well designed. I've had to retighten the screw that hold the pocket clip on, but no major problems from that. This wasn't intended as a camping/hunting knife, so don't expect it to perform stellarly as such.

The unit is up to Spyderco standards which says it all. It is too small for anything but casual pocket knife duty and even cutting an apply would get it so dirty washing with soap and running water would be necessary. But that is obvious from the pictures so no surprise. It produces a "Wow, that's neat" from all who see it. It is what it is, nothing more or less.
