Unfortunately not only the bottle doesn't hold temperature but there is unbelievable moisture condensation on the outside of the bottle. Son put it in the backpack and the contents of the backpack got wet from it. When you pour something hot - you can't even hold the bottle. I knew it wasn't labeled as thermos but never expected this to be so un-insulated. Overall - room tempertaure liquids only- otherwise - forget it.

They feel good to hold (we love the texture of the outside of the bottle) and their 32 ounces make the perfect size - small enough to be comfortable, big enough to help him hydrate! After we got his two bottles (my surprise to him), we ended up ordering four more for gifts.
