    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    In general, this is a nice looking coat with a nice cut. I bought this for my husband. He really needs a 42-short but this only comes in the regular length, so I did expect the sleeves to be too long (which they are). This also means that the elbow patches are too low on the sleeve and not at the elbow. More importantly, however, there is not a bit of cashmere in this sportcoat, as is advertised on the web site. So the fabric is a little bit rough and not what I was expecting of a cashmere mix. Given that it's 100% wool, and not cashmere, I think it's overpriced. In addition, the lapels are a little bit too wide.

    This is a fabulous sport coat in every way. I ordered the blue, and it is the most beautiful dark blue tweed I have ever seen. It is a richer blue even than shows up in the photo on the website and a far richer blue than most navy blues. The fabric has a nice feel and the suede elbow patches add a touch of casual elegance.

    This is a fabulous sport coat. I first ordered the blue, which was the richest dark blue I have ever seen, even better that the photo on the website. I liked it so well that I ordered another color, this time the olive, which is also a very nice color and probably looks more Austrian than the blue. The fabric is wonderful and the elbow patches add a touch of casual elegance. This sport coat couldn't be better.
