    Comfortable, well cut and assembled cold weather pants. Very thick and heavy fabric, but drapes better than thick cords. At least one inch smaller around the waist - perhaps the measurement refers to the outside rather then inside?

    I purchased my first pair last year. Same as then, the waist is smaller than marked and the anthrazite is much darker than pictured. Not sure why the rear and thigh pockets are limited just to the right side. Also curious what the narrow slot above the thigh pocket flap is meant to hold. Must be some Austrian thing that Americans wouldn't understand. BTW: I thought about buying a third pair but realized that would be greedy. Great trousers at a great price!

    Tremendous quality. Waist is about 1- 1 1/2 inches smaller than listed, but other reviews helped and I got it right. Nicely lined. Have gentle washed in woolite and they came out great. Get very nice comments on them. Did catch seldom listed black color, but it is identical to anthracite....which is much darker than in photo. Can't imagine a better buy in fall/winter pants. I now own 3 pair in 2 colors, and if either green were available in my size, would get another pair. My everyday pants all 6-7 months of fall/winter up here
