Steinbock Hooded Walking Coat - Lambswool-Angora (For Women)

This is a perfect jacket for casual wear. It has a beautiful quilted lining which makes this coat very breathable. I use this jacket for walking. I would not wear it to work but that is because of what I do. It has the most beautiful big pockets and as with all Steinbock clothing, the finish and detail are superb. The hood is just great. I have worn this coat in high winds and also in light rain and I stayed warm. The fit is designed to be rather relaxed in the cut. It is not form-fitting. I just love mine and the grey looks nice when worn with scarves and gloves. A very durable jacket. I have never felt overheated in this coat.

The outer fabric is nice on this coat, but I didn't like the lining. The poly-fill is quilted onto the lining in a way that seems like it could just fall out over time. Also the shoulders are padded too much for my taste. Maybe they are padded for warmth, but I felt like the shoulders were not stylish.

This Coat is "Da Bomb". Now I can finally give up some of my older winter coats, because this one fits for so many occasions. Only con is I found it way late for this season. No Worries, it’ll work for many winters too come, Fall and early Spring too.

Recently Leveled by a cold, fever? NewEngland Bug? I wore around the House to keeep me warm. When I started sitting upright, I thought freshAir would be good. Went outside and was met with 30 to 45 mile gusts. Amazingly did not penetrate this coat. A little skeptical, because it doesn't seem all that, but is what I was trolling for. I wanted a different size, so for 1 size up, it fits a little baggy, but doesn't look overwhelming. Took 1 star for the price. I feel with all the coupons and codes, I paid full value, thats alot this late in the season.

Great everyday coat, but classic enough to wear out.

This is a wonderful everyday winter coat. It is really warm and comfortable, yet it looks dressy enough for work, travel, etc. It's cut to look good, but big enough to wear over a suit or jacket. Nice deep warm pockets. I LOVE this coat. It became my immediate favorite.

A well made coat useful for many occasions. My wife wear it for work as well as for party events. Stylish cut but retains the classical fit and tradition. The coat is well constructed with attention to details. It will serve as a practical outfit for many years to come.

Steinbock certainly knows how make a great coat: quality construction, warm and not bulky. The fabric has a wonderful hand. The hood is a nice option.

Very well made coat. I'm using it for the commuter train and needed something warm, but not too heavy, with a hood that offers protection against the wind and elements, yet remaining stylish. Great coat!

I especially like the attention to detail, i.e. the bound button holes, the quality of the wool, the way the upright collar protects the neck, the depth of the pockets and the cosy hood which can be adjusted to fit just right. The warmth allows me to stay warm on Playground duty days, and the quality of style and fabric lend themselves to life beyond the garden and walking the dog - shopping, eating out and etc.
