Steinbock Microfiber Cape with Virgin Wool Lining (For Women)

just right for Pa.'s spring and fall weather, warm one minute cold and wet the next. I think it will be very serviceable. Also nice quality workmanship.

Loved this cape, bought a size 10 and normally wear a 14-16 or XL in outerwear. Beautifully made a very high quality garment. Not waterproof, but wore it on a heavy misty day & it did the job.

I ordered smaller size as recommended by prior purchasers. Anticipated the arrival of this item, as I love Austrian products. Lo and behold, the "Made in China" label was in the seam. The wool lining was not as luxurious as expected in a garment of this retail price point. Wrinkles did not hang out. Very sadly, I had to return it as I could not even justify spending the closeout price for it!

Bought a second one in different color because I liked so much! Light weight, but great in cold weather. Doesn't constrict like heavy winter coats. Sleeves are fitted just enough to keep cold out, but still allow easy movement. It is so comfortable!

Some very attractive fabrics are tailored into clumsy garment which flaps about your body in a very unattractive way.

i like the style and hope to get many years of use from this product.

Very nice cape. If I wasn't trying to lose some weight, I would have kept it. Alas, it is time for me to find more form fitting clothes.

The cape is beautifully made and warm. Ordered two sizes down, to the smallest size in stock, but the cape was still big on me. At 5'7" and a size 12, I'm not a small person. But I had to roll up the sleeves and I felt sort of overwhelmed in it. Regretfully, I sent it back. I would recommend this to a friend, but only if she had the stature to wear it.

This cape is an amazing garment. The design is not only elegant, but practical as well. The wool interior is more like a loose sweater than a typical lining, resulting in a warm, but not overly bulky feel or appearance. The warning about sizing down is accurate and should be heeded. The only drawback is the attractive high collar when closed for either warmth or style is stiff and tight, which is caused by the enclosed hood. It is now 100+ degrees in the high desert, but come one of our blustery cold days I will be luxuriating in its comfort and looking good!

It doesn't get any better.
