    As a windbreaker and rain jacket,it can't be beat. Typical of Steinbock in the attention to detail, the quality of zippers, snaps, et al. The sleeves are long enough (I wear a 16 1/2 35 shirt) and there's plenty of room in the shoulders and chest. Great jacket.
