Steinbock Virgin Wool Coat - Mandarin Collar, Quilted Lining (For Women)

This coat is unusual but quite stylish. It is knitted rather than woven, but this does not really detract.

I was really excited about this coat - I was looking for a stylish work coat that was lined for our cold Northern IL winters and thought I finally found it. Once I recieved this coat and tried it on, I was severly disappointed in the fit. The picture shows it to be more fitted/shaped, but unfortunately it's nothing like the picture. The color was phenominal, but unless you are shaped like an egg with twigs for arms, this will not fit you correctly. I'm 5'8" and for the most part porportional size 12..this was the wierdest fitting coat I've ever had the displeasure of trying on. Needless to say, it went back.

Not as fitted at the waist as the photo depicts, but I like the purple color. It has been heavy enough for late fall wear on the east coast (which is what I wanted), but won't be heavy enough for deep winter.

needs a couple of stitches in back for liner and coat to lay flat
