Very disappointed in sizing and sewing quality. Where were your inspectors?

It's lightweight wool perfect for Arizona winters. Beautiful color, and fits well. I love it!

I am a size 10, 5'9" tall. I originally ordered a size 10, it was way too small in the shoulders and the sleeves were way too short. I then exchanged for a 12 and still it was too small in the shoulders, but the sleeves were better. Then I exchanged it for a 16 (3 sizes larger than I would normally wear) and the sleeves were actually *shorter*. The shoulders felt great though and I like the look of the coat, but I would never wear it without multiple layers underneath as the satin lining creates a gap that allows air flow behind your back and you get a cold spot on your back. Now that gap might be caused by the fact that I had to order the coat in such a large size, I don't know. The wool is thin and rough. But like I said, I only paid [$] for it and it was worth that.

Raglan sleeve is great for layering, even with grandma arms. LIghtweight and should be great to wear while driving. Classic look and classic fit!

Over all, I am satisfied. Once I opened the box, there was a strange smell on the coat. I could not tell what the odor was. After hanging several days the odor seems to have disapated. If that continued, I would not keep it. There seems to be a faint discoloration on the front of the coat as if there had been some sort of powder put on it. Anyway, it has suited my purpose and I will keep it. It's a bit overpriced but, I needed it and it was next to impossible to find my size in a long coat at the end of winter.

Hard to find calf length coat - love it! Not as heavy as I thought but still warm so very pleased. I would like more length in the sleeve but over all very pleased with this choice.
