“This is a warm peacoat - but not for blizzard conditions. It's 20 degrees and windy today, and this coat was great. It is not as bulky as the Navy issued peacoat - thank goodness. As a result, it is pretty and slimming, and warm enough. Nice to wear for warmth with nice slacks and heels, or with jeans and boots.”
